Payroll
The payment of salaries, administration of onboard expenses such as telephone calls and cash advances, construction of pay scales if required
Crew Insurance

Joining and Repatriation
Travel bookings, visas, immigration arrangements, transportation, agency attendance
Crew Supervision
Regular visits onboard, performance evaluation, efficiency supervision
Victualling
Ordering and supplying of provisions, drinks, confectionary and toiletries for crew consumption
Crew Welfare
Safety and professional training including courses at our own dedicated Marine Training Facility, discipline, entertainment / recreation, working clothes and uniforms
